I am an energetic, caring, empathic, compassionate person.  I love combining my personal traits and massage skills to provide the highest quality care.

After my training at IPSB (Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing) at Life Energy Institute in Culver City, CA, I maintained a small massage client base for 15 years, while continuing a full-time professional career for a major corporation.  Eventually, I was able to pursue my dream and transitioned into having my own massage therapy practice with a mission to help my clients feel their best.

I bring a holistic approach to my practice because I believe in the strong connection between mind, body and spirit.  In each session I invite every client to experience a "safe haven", to escape from the rigors and stress of everyday life and to enjoy fully the relaxing bliss of mind and body rejuvenation.  I hold sacred space for you to process the work I do.

My thorough knowledge of human anatomy combined with intuitive touch helps your body regain homeostasis (a relatively stable state of equilibrium) to achieve a state of balance and harmony.  Each client receives a customized experience based on individual needs.
